Customer Service was very professional and polite, explained everything and also made sure I especially knew about there could be a raise on my rental if I plan to rent up to 3 or more months so that it I'd know up front and that they would also send me an email ahead of time letting me know how much extra my rent would be.

My experience with this type of business is the worst. Only three months after moving in or renting this space, they raised the rent without warning. The person who initially helped me is very despotic, as if he didn't care about anything. Now that I'm moving my things out, it turns out there are a lot of rats and they don't do anything about it. The truth is, if they want to rent a space, I'll leave it to their discretion, but I won't rent in this place again

Kemmy, or whatever the DM or GM’s name is, is horrible at customer service, telling me it is my fault that her staff cannot function properly. I gave them permission to vacate my unit and all I got was ridiculed for that. Places like these need people who give a damn, not people who don’t want to do their jobs.
