  I had to move internationally with Atlas which contracted to this local company for pick up. Larry, the owner was nice when he came in for the survey. Even I told him I need to book the elevator in advance and they need to let me know when, no one EVER reached out to me or said anything for many days. I had to follow up with them a couple of days later however the elevator was no longer available at the time they requested.   Deerfield Moving & Storage was assigned to our PCS move from Great Lakes to Pearl Harbor. We were in the usual chaos of moving to a new duty station and super stressed out. Dave, Eric and Louis showed up happy and ready to go. The 3 of them all showed great care while packaging our things & especially when packaging and protecting our furniture. We felt totally at ease within the first 5 minutes of their arrival. Day 1 of packing and Day 2 was load out day. I would recommend this crew to anyone and we truly enjoyed meeting them.   I've used this company twice. Both times because they won the bid to move things halfway across the world for the military. When the movers came to pack the goods, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it didn't seem to be the world's most professional team - they ran out of tape (I gave them some packing tape), they didn't have an abundance of boxes, and, overall, their attitude seemed to be one of "I'm doing this because it's my job and I have to".   THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD!! I would give them 0 stars if I could, they don't even deserve 1! My husband and I moved out of the country in August and were assigned Deerfield Movers as our local pack out movers. This was taking place in the midst of the COVID pandemic. The first day, two workers arrived both not wearing masks. I politely asked them to put on masks as not only did we fear for our safety and the safety of the workers, but we would not have been allowed to move out of the country had we gotten covid.   The WORST moving company I have experienced since I have been in the military. I called them at the end of my time frame to ask what was going on with my stuff the lady said they are running behind just like almost every review I have read today. I would not recommend this moving company due to the lack of customer care. Got a call saying they will be 3 hours late.... 7pm delivery
