  I have never had packers move my stuff, I have always been scared of them mishandling sentimental items. Roger and Tom handled my late husbands ashes with the up most respect. Jimmy and Miguel were very efficient and friendly. Dave was who I coordinated with the most but Joe took accountability of my items. By the time they were done packing I felt like they were part of my family too. I’m so glad these group of gentlemen assisted me with my transition out of Wisconsin. Right from the beginning, we worked with Stephen to get fair competitive estimates and throughout the whole process he was incredibly flexible with our ever changing remodel schedule.   I had a great experience with Jeremy, Pedro, and Hasiem during my military move from Germany to Illinois. International moves can be stressful, but they made the process smooth and much easier. They were professional, friendly, and worked quickly while still being very careful and respectful with all of my belongings. I especially appreciated that they asked where I wanted my personal belongings and furniture placed instead of just putting things wherever.   Jeremy, Pedro and Hasiem did a great job with delivery and setting up! They took time to make sure I felt at home and was satisfied. They spent extra time arranging the sectional couch in a way that fit my layout best. Over the past 20 years I have moved more times than I can count and this crew is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Very professional and courteous! 10/10 would recommend!

  I was hoping we would have a great experience with this company with so many good reviews but our overall experience was not so great. Day 1: good people, good communication. They left around 2pm. Still lots of stuff to pack. Second floor and garage untouched. Day 2: they left at 3pm. No furnitures were packed/wrapped/broken down. Garage was 60% packed. Day 3: supposed to be load day but because of the lack of prep past two days, these guys took majority of the day to still pack. Day 3 is where I ran into most issues. I am an OCONUS mover.
