  The guys that work there must really love their job. They were so polite and they were so helpful with things that I needed and needed to know. I love the U-haul workers

  Terrible service. Went there to get a hitch installed on our minivan. U-Haul of Grayslake referred us to Waukegan because they had the hitch we wanted in stock. We drove out to Waukegan and were met by the manager who said they didn't have the hitch in stock. He was very unprofessional and yelled at us. Please do not go there. There are many other U-Haul centers in this area. Go elsewhere.
