  Owner Nick was very responsive to my call. I had to move in an emergency situation twice and both times he was great! The team arrived right on time and did a great job! Thank you guys for making the stress a little bit easier on me. Absolutely recommend 10/10.

  I did not personally hire them, HOWEVER, they were moving someone else into my apartment complex who was being about as rude and disagreeable as a person can be. The movers all remained calm and polite and went out of their way to be kind and courteous to myself, my son and other tenants. I'm not sure the names of these guys but they deserve an award for their patience and kindness in the face of what I can only describe as a nightmare of a customer.

  They were scheduled to load my disabled father's U-Haul this morning and just never showed up. He is moving into assisted living and now we are scrambling to get someone to help because this company is unprofessional and unreliable. They didn't even communicate, they just didn't show up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

  I hate to post a bad review of a local company and really wanted to support a small business, but my experience with Big Oxen was incredibly disappointing. I’m sharing this in the hope that no one else ends up in the same situation. Despite confirming my move with them multiple times the week before, they canceled less than an hour before the scheduled time with only a short email—no call, no real explanation beyond “my helpers canceled,” and no offer to reschedule or suggest alternatives.   Ricky and Isaac were great movers. They loaded the van by themselves with no direction needed and got our entire condo into a 15 foot van in less than 2 hours.
