  I used Soft Touch twice in the past month. Both moves had complications. The management was incredibly flexible and easy to work with. They were patient and kind during an emotional time. The staff they sent to do the actual moving were amazing. I had a different team each time and all the men who moved my things were fast, efficient, polite and very easy to work with. They handled my things with care and moved it exactly where I needed it. This is an excellent company. Please use them for your next move. I thought the price I paid for the service was very reasonable.

  These guys were great! Ed and Eddy showed up on time, were super friendly/positive about all the large items needed to be moved, and unpacked my Uhaul in 90min - they actually finished 30min quicker than I expected. Their prices were in line with the most affordable places in town and seemed to be the most friendly staff I talked with on the phone (which is why I chose them in the end). Would totally recommend, 10/10.   We have used Soft Touch for 3 moves since August 1st. Jason was out lead on each on (the last one we specifically requested him). ALL of the guys were extremely professional, friendly and really treated our belongings and homes with the utmost care. Most recently we moved my elderly parents out of their home of 55 years. It was an emotional day for them and all the guys were so patient and kind to them. They also moved extremely fragile items, like an old grandfather clock---it arrived in the same condition it left.   We hired Soft Touch because of the in-person estimate process and the professionalism it signaled. We appreciated that the name didn’t include words like “hunk,” “junk,” or “college”—which, to us, implied a higher standard of care, experience, and accountability. Ironically, what we experienced felt very much like the kind of “hunk/junk/college” move we were trying to avoid. Truly the experience of packing was the worst.   Soft Touch Review We hired Soft Touch Moving in June 2025 to pack, move, and store our belongings in their “climate-controlled” facility for four months while our new home was being built. About 4 hours into the re-delivery of our belongings by their crew, we discovered that much of our furniture and personal property which had already brought into our new home appeared to be covered in mold.
