  Terrible experience — avoid this company! I hired this company to help with my move, and they damaged my dresser, breaking the drawer and legs. When I contacted them to file a claim, they refused to offer even a small refund, hiding behind a vague policy that I supposedly “agreed to” — no real accountability or customer care. I understand accidents happen, but the way they handled the situation was completely unprofessional. Instead of standing by their service, they gave me copy-paste responses and showed zero effort to make things right. I do not recommend this moving company to anyone. I…

  I have done several moves since my return to Indiana 12 years ago; these guys were the best movers I’ve ever had. They were gentle in handling my furniture, meticulous in wrapping it, and careful in carrying the pieces out to be loaded. My pieces were stacked in the storage unit in a well organised fashion; all A+ work!

  Drivers were on time and very polite. They worked quickly and carefully. We got caught in a storm as they were unloading so I felt really bad for them but they kept a positive attitude. Really happy with this small move.

  These guys did a great job. Showed up on time and they were very careful with all my belongings. I would recommend college movers for local moves in the Carmel + Indianapolis area.
