  Not a fan of this company at all. They showed complete disregard for our home—leaving mud and grease everywhere, ignoring directions, and failing to communicate. They even used our bathroom and left it a mess. On top of that, they helped themselves to items from our refrigerator without asking. On day one, they didn’t properly introduce themselves or take the time to listen to my directions. Instead, they immediately asked me to go get them coffee.   We used them as part of our international move from Michigan to Istanbul and loved working with Danna Sellie. She was great, kept us informed of all steps, costs, delays and timeliness. She is very responsive and prompt.

  The moving crew was excellent, wrapping the furniture extremely well and carefully moving it. Nothing was lost and nothing was damaged. The truck had to back nearly two block to get to our house and then stay parked at the bottom of the driveway because it was too steep to get up. I highly recommend Atlas.

  DO NOT HIRE ATLAS! I’d give zero stars if I could. They have lost several of our boxes and a king size mattress. They also broke a bed frame.

  Prager Moving & Storage (Naperville, IL) was fantastic! We moved out-of-state (Illinois to North Carolina), right after Christmas, while my mother was very ill with stage four cancer. Thank goodness this company knows what they are doing! ( I would have not been able to take a botched move.) I have been referred to as a perfectionist from time to time and I can't think of anything to improve our experience with Prager.
