  Shetler's moving team made our move easy. Their team coordinated with us as we prepared for our move, ensuring we had all of the packing materials we needed. They provided tips and tricks for ensuring our day went smoothly. When our move date finally arrived, the move staff was respectful, hard working and efficient. They moved us in a quicker time frame than initially anticipated, saving us money on the move overall. Cancer Pathways Midwest was very happy with our move experience.

  The moving crew was pretty good, but the guy who did the estimate was very wrong. He came and did an estimate for my apartment. He said 3 guys could pack and move everything in 2 days. I doubted this and called to see if they could come out and do another estimate. They said they trusted their guys. When the moving crew arrived they told me they would need extra guys and more time. All of this would cost extra money, above and beyond what I had budgeted. It ended up taking 5 guys 4 days to pack and move everything going well beyond what the estimate said.   Shelter Moving and Storage is a100% classy operation. The folks who came to our home were helpful, efficient, and timely. The original call to the company offered expedient and friendly service. A member of the Shetler family ownership called us personally to make a transition more productive. The Shetler Moving and Storage Company is customer-driven with a deep sense of responsibility and courtesy. I can't recommend them highly enough; I will always call Shelter Moving and Storage for our moving and storage needs. They do business like business should be done!

  They arrived on time and were quick and efficient at loading. They placed everything where I wanted in the new home. Day went quicker than expected and I paid less than estimate.

  1. We were loyal customers of Shetler Moving & Storage- we have moved 3 times in the last 8 years. We used them every time. 2. We used to live next door to the owner & adored he & his wife. 3. Family friends with the estimator - who truly was sorry for our experience 4. I am a real estate agent & refer Shetler on a regular basis. 5. We have never taken out extra insurance. Our experience has been good & it never warranted it. We were told the crew they had now was the best they have had in years. Spending thousands of dollars with a reputable moving company should serve for something, right?…
