  I called looking for a quote the guy that answered just said hi and I had to ask if I had the right number for here to there, that just started the call off awkward. I told him that I lived in Fort Wayne and he said they don’t fully service Fort Wayne. I was confused by that statement so he begrudgingly explained that they no longer have a satellite office here, but still service FW partially.   Phil came to our house to meet us and explain to us how everything would go and help us make the decision of who to choose for our move. When moving day came we were nervous and excited at the same time. Phil had broke his foot but still came thru for us. as soon as we met the crew we were instantly at ease. There were four guys in my husband showed them around the house what was to be moved and stuff they were all very polite and courteous it was a big three-story house with a lot of stairs and a lot of turns.   We used Here To There Movers On Oct 1 to move our 3 bedroom, 3 level home from Indianapolis to Anderson. I was a bit hesitant to use them because of bad reviews I had read but I called and spoke with a manager who assured me that everything would be done professionally, carefully and as quickly as possible. Roosevelt (Rosie) and Steve showed up just a few minutes past our scheduled time only because they had a bit of trouble locating our house, which was not surprising.   Unfortunately, I had a less than pleasant experience with Here to There Movers, this is my second time using them under the expectation that service would improve upon the second time, sadly it had NOT. I used 3 men with one truck, signed the contract and paid the cost, the next day, the manager called and told me that his guys undercharged me and that they would take their mistake out of my account. NOT MY PROBLEM!!! With the 3 men, one was extremely overweight and out of shape, ironically, he did most the labor which caused them to take 2 hours to load my few belongings and only ONE hour to…

  From the Start, the ladies at the Indy CS office were nice and patient. They were prompt with their follow up calls and knew what they were talking about. The Quoted Price was the exact price I paid.....The guys that showed up to move the safe were polite and professionals. I think it actually was over the hour mark by a couple minutes. They only charged me for the single hour. And they moved a 925 pound safe up to a third story. WOW. I was impressed...... Thanks to Travis, Jennifer, and Debra. You guys are awesome. I will use H to T movers again and will recommend them to friends and family.
