I used the services of College Hunks (Merrillville) to facilitate my mom's move from her home into an assisted living facility. The initial call intake was excellent. I called very early in the morning, expecting to get voicemail. But I didn't. Instead, the call was answered by a live person, Ahmed, who handled the call professionally and sounded like it was midday instead of the early morning hours! Used college hunks on 4/20. Initial review of the service was great as they got my things out of my storage unit and worked very hard to get it into my home. My box spring didn’t fit up my stairs (not their fault). The job was a bit pricy as we went over the quoted time and I accepted that until a couple of days later I got to see how poorly my furniture had been put together. I couldn’t sleep in the bed right away bc the box spring didn’t fit up which is why I didn’t notice the day of that the bed frame was improperly assembled. Isaac & Howard are easily the two best movers I have ever dealt with in my life! They worked with me on every part of this move and no damage was done to my house while they were moving furniture! The final price was a shocker- the work they performed was worth easily three times as much as I paid in the long run! I highly suggest hiring this company when you need any labor or moving tasks performed!!

10/10 I would absolutely recommend them! Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept us informed about their arrival time, completed a thorough walkthrough of everything we needed, and made sure every request was taken care of. Both gentlemen were incredibly respectful, professional, and kind. They kept us updated throughout the entire process, which made the move much less stressful. They truly made our move so much easier, and we will definitely be using their services again in the future.
