Arthur and Eric were fantastic. They were on time, professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. Moving can be stressful, but they made the whole process smooth and easy. I hired busy bee movers to help me move into an apartment on May 1. The two gentleman were nice and moved in me in quickly. But when they set up on of my two flat screens on the table, I did not notice there was damage until after they left. I immediately called their office to report damage and start a claim, they sent me a sheet to fill out and said that I will take 7 to 10 business days for a response. I called back after the 10 business days to follow up, and the representative told me that they can refund me 20 dollars back for the damage of my tv. I told him that is unacceptable! After t…

We had a great experience with this moving team. They were right on time, reasonably priced, and handled everything very efficiently. What really stood out was their dedication—they drove all the way from Orange County to San Francisco without any issues. Both the Orange County and San Francisco crews were extremely professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend them for a smooth and stress-free move!

Busy Bee Movers made moving into our first home such an amazing experience! Our three-man crew was incredibly quick, professional, and so friendly—Mark and Mike had us laughing the whole time, which made the day so much less stressful. They were also extremely careful with everything and went above and beyond to protect our home (especially our fresh paint and new carpet). You can tell they really take pride in their work. We’re so grateful for such a smooth move and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Definitely thought they did a great job and were friendly and got the job done fast, they were even tipped. When they delivered out of state they left the moving cloth on the TV and not thinking much about it since they did a great job I didn’t look at the TV. The next morning setting up the house and this is what I found on the covered TV. So please look at all the delivered item even if the people delivering things are nice. Also hold any tips until you do as well. Update: when I requested a form for the damaged items I was sent a screen shot of a form to send in. Unfortunately the company d…
