  I'm only giving 3 stars. The three stars are for the people who moved us. They were great. I'm very pleased with the team that they sent out to move us. However, like with any moves Things happen, and in the process, we had a light switch.And would banister that got scratched up pretty decent. The guy made note of it took pictures and said that the company would call us. This was the week before Thanksgiving. We never heard from them a day prior to Thanksgiving. I called them. I left the message and I said that we would hear from them no later than friday.So the day after thanksgiving. Still…

  The whole experience was superb with them. - Sales Rep over the phone and emails was attentive and responded to our questions immediately. Very clear and efficient. - On-Field team led by Larry was outstanding. They took care of everything wanted and the provided several solutions for the packing and organization of our container.

  Sherman Moving & Storage moved us in 2004 and now again in 2022. Again, just as before they provided great service with a great team that took care of us and our belongings. Both of our moves were within the surrounding Indianapolis area and were able to be completed within the day. Their estimating was spot on, sending two trucks and 5 movers. Greatly appreciated working with each of the movers as all were very professional, personable and easy to work with. They treated our home and our belongings like it was their own.   The crew that moved me from Plainfield to Carmel today were fantastic. They arrived exactly when they said. They worked fast and efficiently. And we're a good group of guys. The whole process from first contact with the office for a quote was a great experience. Thanks to all.

  A definite 10! Fine young men helped us move, no breakage, no issues whatsoever except a piece of glass that protects a table was missing. I reached out to Jason and they are returning it on Wednesday. Probably got swallowed up by a moving blanket! Very impressed with the customer service before and after the move. Will be using again in a year when our house is built. Highly recommend. Update: They found our glass and returned it within 3 days.
