My husband and I rented a unit within the 1st couple of days I noticed a smell.. I went to talk to Trevor about the situation and before I finished telling him the situation he had a solution. That made me happy he listened to us and took action to find a Resolution . And look so clean!

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was to get the best storage unit for my needs. Trevor took care of everything for me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with any and all questions I had. You can't go wrong with this place and with Trevor.

Trevor the manager in the Muncie IN location was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He went out of his way to make sure I understood how to properly secure my unit, and assisted immediately when weather took down the internet connection to the gate. Also, the unit is clean and dry…can’t ask for more than that!

I had a great first encounter! I accidentally went to the wrong location so the employee led me by car all the way to the correct location. He informed me on everything that I needed to know like how to open the gate, where my unit is, and how to close up. I also had to be on the phone with customer service at one point and they were very nice & helpful too! Absolutely recommend storing at their facility.
