We booked the move from California to Nevada in June of 2021. We were assured that the company would take extra care of our items as if they were their own. Our items arrived damaged and we were missing over $3000 worth of clothing, kitchen items and other household goods. This company takes an extremely long time to respond to claims and they give you the run around. They also give you a quote over the phone an when the movers arrive they tell you that you have way more in cubic footage than you were quoted over the phone. I see some good reviews on here regarding the company which I think ar…

They Lost Better Business Bureau Accreditation. This an untrustworthy and manipulative company. There was always an answer - always an excuse and at the end . . . extortion. Dramatic? See pictures. Our move was in July 2021 from LA to Western NC It took nearly 6 weeks to receive our items. Then, we had to wire transfer additional thousands of dollars if ... "you want your stuff." When it was delivered - they used day laborers who showed up at the house asking us where the rental van was. And - to receive any money for lost (Several items) and destroyed items we were buried in paperwork t…

They don't even deserve a star and they should be behind bars!!They are liars, crooks and thieves. They quoted one price and when they showed up for moving day they doubled it. We were stuck because we had to be out of the house that day. They came with a huge van and loaded it but it was delivered in a small U-HAUL van. The boxes were basically ALL crushed and so was the furniture. Items were stolen as well. A tub of baseball jerseys as well as a bronze statue that we received from a grandfather who had passed away. Also they were late with delivery. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE AWFUL PEO…

This was our first professional moving experience, and I'm not sure that we'll every hire movers again. We received a quote and the movers showed up on time, but when they arrived the cost of our out of state move jumped from $5,500 to $11,590. They said we either accept the price, they can only load $5,500 worth of our stuff and leave the rest, or they can leave and void the contract. We were supposed to be in our new city in 5 days at this point so we took the price hike. They also told us that our things would arrive 10 business days after we said we'd be in our city. Once this day came and…

I too have a very similar story to the many one star reviews left. After weeks of waiting for our furniture to arrive and being yelled at to “read the contract,” when it did finally arrive to be unloaded by day laborers who had never moved furniture, the second part of this nightmare began. When they picked up our furniture, our previous quote of $10k jumped to $15k (of course after everything was loaded on truck). When we received the notice that our stuff would be arriving in a few days, the demand was to wire more money to get it. The day laborers destroyed my new house — wood floors ruined…
