  This company came to our storage unit location to move someone’s things. They broke the lock on our unit (obviously the wrong unit.) Then they proceeded to load out things up into the truck prior to realizing it was the WRONG UNIT. Once realizing it was the wrong unit, they literally threw everything back into our unit. They broke MULTIPLE things including an antique bench that has been in the family for decades and just passed down to us in September and Christmas decorations.   Was overall happy with the service, the crew had everything we asked them to move out of our old house and into the new one in under 2 hours. I was most concerned about getting my piano moved out of the old house as there was some tight corners to navigate. One of the decorative legs broke off in the process, but the crew did what they had to do to get it moved out when they could have easily refused moving it. So I appreciate the extra effort they put into moving my piano, as I know it was a very tough item to move!

  Moved an old wood stove out and moved the new wood stove in, PERFECT! We could not be more pleased for the work and service Eldred provided from having our new wood stove delivered to their dock location, with their final delivery and placement of it in our home! They made it a no hassle, short work, very well done job. Thank you very much.

  These jerks that work for Eldred Moving Co. and the were at Attic Self Storage in Brazil, Indiana, Thursday 02 December around 4pm-6pm unloading and loading items. They blocked the entire entrance for almost two hours. My son and his mother were blocked inside the property with no restrooms, no food, no water, and one of the rudest females I've had to deal with. They could have moved the truck forward 5 feet and right back in less than a minute. My lady had to park at the entrance and walk all the way back to our storage units.   John Eldred of Eldred Moving made my move painless and efficient. Very professional and knowledgeable. He connected us with North American van lines and Shaun was on time, loaded the truck carefully and arrived on time as promised 4 states away. I would recommend them 109%. Thank you, John and Shaun!
