  This was my first time renting a UHAUL...Great experience and the rented Cargo Van was perfect for my needs! Additionally, the Ames, IA U-Haul team was helpful and professional. I highly recommend renting a U-haul!

  Had to get a 10"ft truck last second to haul some furniture, Dalphina was so speedy, informative and supportive with my frustrations, cause I was there because the furniture delivery guys didn't want to haul a couch I had ordered, hence me having to get a truck. She did amazing!

  I often have to rent trucks for work and there is one woman that is always there and she has absolutely NO idea what she is doing! She is also SUPER RUDE and always eating massive amounts of pizza or junk food every time I go in there so I can’t understand what she’s saying.
