This is my 14th move in 6 years due to my work. I've probably used about 9 different companies and this time I decided to go with Mid-American and I must say LU AND HIS CREW WERE THE BEST CREW I HAVE EVER HAD RELOCATE ME!! He was very professional, efficient, careful and made me feel very comfortable with his services. They definitely deserved their tip 😊 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS CREW TO ANYBODY LOOKING FOR A GREAT SMOOTH MOVE.

Great experience overall. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I was very pleased with how everything was handled from start to finish. Working with Jon was especially pleasant. He got me a great deal on pricing and helped me avoid booking with a brokerage, which I really appreciated. There was some minor damage at delivery, but customer service was responsive and resolved the issue quickly.

Jeremy and his crew did a great job moving us! They took exceptional care packing everything up and were very efficient and helpful with the whole moving process. They went above and beyond and were able to get large furniture through tight corners. They were also very helpful letting us know what boxes things were in after the move. I would definitely recommend this company for moving again and would use them again for any of our moving needs!!!

I recently moved with them for work and overall had a positive experience. The movers were organized and even helped me sort items between my apartment and the garage, since there wasn’t enough space inside for all the boxes. I was charged a little extra for the sorting time, but the driver explained it clearly and it made sense. They also took great care of my belongings, especially a glass-front cabinet that arrived without a scratch. I was stressing about having everything ready to go for them, but they showed up and made it way easier and relieved all stress. The crew was amazing and super easy to work with. I would 10000% recommend them to anyone!
