Movers themselves were great. HOWEVER, the quote I received was NOT what we were charged. We were charged $56 more than the quote. When I called and spoke with Kurt he was very rude and told me he would refund me $49 but by the end of the call he changed his mind and said he wasn't going to refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Kurt was back peddling the whole conversation because he would say something in one sentence and then change it when I questioned what he had said. He is rude and obnoxious. Movers were polite and courteous. I had left my house while they were packing up my home office so I could work from a second location and told them to call me when they were done and ready to go to the new house. They called after they had already arrived at the new house, so I stopped by the old house to make sure they had locked up. Turns out left my front door wide open (not just unlocked actually OPEN). I didn't want to make a big deal of it so I locked up and met them at the new house and mentioned quietly to one mover what had happened. They were very apologetic. The next day while unp…
