We used Action Moving for two separate moves. One local move to store a piano and another long-distance move over 500 miles across state lines. Micah and his crew were professional from start to finish. They arrived on time for both pickup and delivery, handled our belongings with great care, and worked efficiently throughout the process. Everything was loaded and unloaded quickly without sacrificing attention to detail. We appreciated how careful and respectful they were with our items. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

Action Moving was my first choice & I’m happy they could handle my move! Stephanie helped with many of my questions & was a lifesaver when I had to re-schedule last minute. The men were so thoughtful, courteous, friendly & concerned for my needs. They went above & beyond. I felt secure my belongings were in the best hands! They loaded the truck in no time & asked where I wanted items as they unloaded. The entire move was easier thanks to the company’s professionalism. We contracted with Action Moving & Storage in Dec. 2025 to move my mother-in-law from her apartment in Sioux City to a senior assisted living center in West Union, Iowa; with a Length of Haul (LoH) of 275 miles. There were several pieces of heavy antique furniture, boxes of crystal and many other items that required special care and attention. Action Moving did a SUPERB job with carefully wrapping of those items (see pics), then great care in loading their truck, culminating in successful on-time delivery/unloading at the destination. Moving is never easy or fun. Action Movers made the experience very easy from start to finish. Stephanie was so nice to work with, answering all questions along the way, and offering good advice. And the young men who did the muscle work were the greatest: friendly, capable, and accommodating. Best of all, the price. Very fair! Thanks Action Movers!

Mikka and his crew were excellent in getting us moved from 1 place to another. Barely showed them around before they were wrapping furniture and moving totes. Fast, efficient and friendly. We were amazed and amused watching this team of 4 load us up 1 day and unloaded us the next. Great young men, hard working and very nice. Thanks guys!
