  I don’t know what all the horrible reviews are about yet I’ve never had issues here. I’ve rented their trucks with no issues for a good price, all staff are friendly & if you lock yourself out in the freezing cold nearby…kind people like Jennifer and other staff will help! Would highly recommend if in need of a GOOD U-haul! Thanks again for helping me, especially the night I was kept safe and warm. 😊🙏

  We’ve used this stores services a few times in the last 5 years and it’s always been easy and affordable & the staff was helpful & patient! We used a few of their storage units on our last go-around and they were surprisingly spacious & really helped remove some of the stress of storing bigger items while moving. The store manager, Ross, in particular spent time helping us figure out exactly what sizes of truck & storage units would work for us. Very positive experience!

  Fought with u-haul customer service for hours after being charged multiple times for a storage unit and never being sent a unit number. Went to this u-haul dealer and talked to the general manager Ross. And he treated me great and got me a unit at his location. One of the greatest managers I have talked to in a while.

  Manager was very friendly. This location helped me through all my storage concerns and provided excellent service. 10/10 would recommend and definitely coming back here for any moving or storage needs. Thank you!

  Take pictures of everything! Failed to take a picture of the odometer upon returning. I was charged for 81 miles when I went less than 10. Makes me suspicious that the final odometer reading happened to be at a nice round number (120519 to 120600). Called the store and was told there was nothing they could do since I didn't have photo proof and was hung up on. Guess that's on me. Fraudulent business practices are 100% on display at this location, if not all of U-Haul.
