  This is our second move with Moving Proz, and once again it was a fantastic move. The communication before the move was detailed and thorough. All of our questions were answered. Theo was our sales contact. He did a great job. Our moving team - Osei, Jared, Antionne, Abel - had many different items and weights to manage. They were very professional, courteous, and safe. They were so careful that they even made sure their truck didn’t brush against the tree branch at the move-in location. All of our furniture was well protected. There were no issues.   Update: Since I am unable to respond directly to the inaccurate statements made, I am editing this post to correct the record. Your response contains multiple false statements. Over 1,300 pounds of my property were damaged, and your initial offer of compensation was $100. Even your own employees acknowledged that I was being treated unfairly and that the offer was unreasonably low. I repeatedly refused these low offers and made it clear I would not accept less than $0.60 per pound for the damaged items. Only then did you agree to pay what was owed. This was not a favor—it amounted to pennies…

  I've moved a few times in my day. Yes, it sucks. But I haven't had a better moving experience since hiring the Moving Proz. I do highly recommend. Colby and Reece were a joy to have help complete my move that took place last weekend. These two young men were very professional, personable and thorough. From the moment they called to the very end of the job, they remained focused and also overall very kind toward me and my friend.   UPDATE: Updating my review after nearly two months of follow-ups with Moving Proz. The packing was chaotic and careless. Items that belonged together were split across unrelated boxes, many of which were poorly labeled or not labeled at all. Lamps were packed without shades or hardware, TV cords never made it over, and household items were scattered between rooms in ways that made them effectively lost.
