Over 50 areas of damage were left on our walls, doors, and railings. Several of our personal items were broken during the move. Purchased an upgraded insurance premium with them before moving, but they would not honor the $5/lb insurance refund. Was offered either a refund on the insurance premium fee we paid (way less than the $5/lb that was agreed upon in the contract) and our safe moving fee OR they would send a contractor out to fix the damages... not both. I just want to be reimbursed for all of the damages... nothing more, nothing less.

Lamont Luke & Champ was so amazing ing. Very professional efficient did a great job. Also they were positive kind & was willing to move whatever we needed move.

Luke and Champ had me packed and moved within an hour. They were very personable, and super careful with all my items especially around corners. Super hard workers - HIGHLY recommend!
