The store manager, Kris, was so helpful and patient with me. I am renting for my daughter, coming home for the summer and doing it from out of state made it difficult to navigate. Storage Sense was the friendliest facility I have spoken to and has the best prices! 10 out 10 recommend to everyone! Ask for Kris! Best customer service I have had in a long time.

I’m a continued customer, and each month when I come in to make my payment, Chantel always takes great care of me. She is consistently professional, kind, and easy to work with. Every visit feels smooth and respectful because of the way she handles things. Their reliability and positive attitude are exactly why I keep coming back. Shana is a recent new hire and seems wonderful as well.

Very courteous and professional staff and great rates on all types of storage! I’ve tried other storage places and they always have high rates or ridiculous rules. I was looking all over for a storage unit in Lawrence. Originally I went over to Public Storage and had a very bad experience until I found Storage Sense which changed everything. Carl at Storage Sense in Lawrence...Great customer service, friendly, and professionally managed! Carl is an amazing person to work with. Both Shana and Chantelle were very pleasant and helpful. The rental process was easy, and the pricing is very competitive. We also like the east side of town as a convenient location.
