Vehicles are clean. Employees are great. Location is convenient. However, we always fall for the $19.95 advertising and end up paying $120. I wish the ads and small print were more realistic to reduce the sting of renting for just a few hours.

Always excellent customer service. I don’t ever want to use any other location. I pick up Uhaul’s frequently for myself and to help others so to just know things are going to go safely and well is such a relief every time.

Over charges! Literally needed a truck for a move and they tried charging 130 extra because of paying in cash then went put money on my card instead and they STILL wanted to charge hella extra. Big disappointment in U-Haul.

I had a curt 2" trailer hitch and wiring installed on my 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek Premium. I called on Saturday hoping for a Sunday appointment. The staff accommodating and very helpful. They had everything ready for me when I arrived and dropped the car off the following morning. The turnaround time was quick and they did a very nice job. Update : I got to use the hitch with a small trailer out in Lincoln and dropped it off here about a month ago. Today I had to get the same size trailer, a little 4x8 to move the kid to his new apartment. I set up everything up online, when I got there th…
