I've rented trucks, trailers & storage from Citywide a couple times now & the staff is absolutely amazing every single time!

Good place, convenient, not to bad of price. Only thing that sucks is I did have a mouse issue and all the did was put poison balls. So wished they would do more about that especially paying over $250 a month for two storage units. Their customer service manners are great. Always friendly any day apart you catch them.

The lady at the front counter was very helpful and friendly. The process was quick, easy, and convenient without any issues. I will mention the brake pads feel like they needed replaced on the U-Haul, however, the customer service made up for it.

Staff is super helpful and nice. Checkout is quick and pretty much hassle free. Prices are about what you would expect around this area. Ex:10x20x8 unit is about $150/month. Have used this place several times and have never had any complaints

I shouldn't be leaving 5 stars but I believe what happened to me was a freak thing, and things like this happen to me a lot. I rented a uhaul and tow dolly to tow my car. Halfway through our 17 hour journey, I noticed one of the chains came unhooked from under my car. I read the instructions on the dolly and crawled under there to fix it. The chain stays attached by a S hook and that hook was gone! I had to wrap it around and then secure it with the lock I'd purchased to lock the truck.
