Excellent, no problems. Always provided a solution and if it snowed it was clear and we were able to get to unit. Every time I called it was always nice. Highly recommend Mini Mall.

There quick to put a lock on your unit, but they don't take their lock off. Paid bill in full. Trying to move out by Monday so I don't get charged again. And I can not get in. Last time it took over a week for someone to finally take there lock off. Wonder how long this time??

Mini Mall Storage PLEASE FIX YOUR WEBSITE for online payments! I realize you said you got an upgrade on your system but after 4 MONTHS of it still not working its time to get it figured out!!!! Calling the call center that is non existent now that is only "helping you out now" is a joke! The woman was super rude and acted annoyed that she even had to answer the phone to help me. I was told there was no record of my account anywhere after being put on hold several times after giving my storage address and #, phone number etc. I have had this same unit since at least 2010! There is a wonderful gal there , Tiffini Bishop. She was very sweet and took the time to let me see the inside of the different sized units to make sure I wanted the right one! She gave me a choice of multiple locations in town! I must say how clean and bug free the units appeared to be! I loved the fact that some are even fenced in for added security! I highly recommend this place!!!
