I had been renting a unit from this company for a few years since they took over for KO storage, and even when KO took over for Broadway storage. I had absolutely no problems paying before my bill was due. Go online and pay. And on May 29th, 2025 I went online to pay and to my surprise I couldn't access my account on their website. I attempted to contact them numerous times via email and calling them. Nothing. Tiffani and her staff do a great job with the units and managing the units. Keeping them cleaned out and secured. Overall, Tiffani make sure you are welcomed with open arms in the overall experience is pleasant. I am giving a 5 star rating because of the great customer service, personal and professional services, the consistently well manicured lawn and cleanliness of the facilities, including the grounds. I also commend the employees, like Tiffany and Ashley whom, in my humblest opinion, for being outgoing and energetic in their respective positions, as well as, being openly polite, respectful, assertive and professional.
