Great customer service, only had a few issues in the 4 years we had an unit. Those issue weren't anything in there control, mostly just waiting on a contractor to free up their time. Highly recommend, and affordable pricing

My son has rented a unit from them for probably 9 months or so. He went to get his belongings, right after a random snow day. Water leaking in, standing water on his furniture, mold growing on unit walls, ceiling and on all his contents. He paid for the extra protection plan; claim submitted with pics and videos. The claim was denied as they are calling it condensation. FALSE. We have emailed storage unit and the manager after the employee admitted those units leak. No return email, call, nothing. Glenda was so much help. I had came across problems with an issue a she answered all my question that no one else’s seemed to be ble to. She was very patient with me even tho I was quit rude at first due to not seeming to get answers for week from other employee!. Great customer service skills.
