I wanted to take a moment to shout out the team at Lost River U-Haul. I have done business with them often on for the past several years. I've had a storage unit with them twice and have rented multiple U-Haul vehicles from them. The staff in the office are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet, the storage facilities that they run are by far the cleanest storage facilities I've ever encountered, and if ever a bump in the road is encountered, the team there are so flexible and understanding as well as endlessly kind. Stopped in this place to pick up some items to help with a move out of state. We had actually hired people through U-Haul to help us move, but they had not confirmed yet. I told Kiarah this and she went above and beyond to help us. She immediately got on the telephone and called around to find out why the outsourced labor through U-Haul was not calling us back. She found us someone else to use that could confirm immediately. She could not have been more helpful or nicer!
