We got a great price from U-Pack and was given a bit of leeway with our delivery date for our trailer. At first they told us no later than Mar. 5th would we have to pick it up, but the website said we had another 9 days and could unload by Mar. 14th. If you do decide to move with this company, make sure they give you a straight answer on what day you have to finally pick up your goods. It would of been an extra $250 for me if I waited the additional 5 days. Glad I checked and made sure. Overall great for the price we got. Before we moved I dreamed of a company that would offer space on a truck to move items that we could pack ourselves. After an Internet search, there it was. It was by far the most convenient and cost saving option out there.

This is the second time we have used this company for a reason. Their customer service is exceptional. Their scheduling is very flexible and their customer service is outstanding.
