  I had not moved in over 25 years and Krupp was great about walking me through every step of the process. I moved during the winter and they were very flexible with changes in moving dates due to snow. The movers were wonderful- prompt, efficient and quick to get the job done!

  Stephen and Harvey handled my move extremely well! They were extremely professional, caring and careful with my items. They arrived early, called and communicated the exact time they would arrive. So pleasant to talk to (which is very rare in this day and age). I never imagined my sofa would be too long to move up the stairs of my new 3rd floor apartment, but they were not giving up!! They hoisted the sofa up the deck, like confident pros. Before they did they explained why, saying that it was impossible to take up the staircase.   We booked our move with Shaun three weeks in advance, Logan, Terry, Jacob, and Bobby from Krupp moving and storage called when in route to our home and were on time. Upon arrival, they each introduced themselves and then all wanted to see what was to be moved. Once they had an idea of what was to be moved, they methodically moved through the house protecting and packing our furniture while utilizing any open space in the truck with boxes that we also had..   Had Krupp moving and storage recently with moving the furniture to a new house. They did a fantastic job. All three guys were very nice and helpful. They always put floor coverings down to ensure that the carpet didn’t get soiled in any way. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for movers. Very affordable as well.
