  They damaged my car during transportation. They sell you the idea they are reliable but all they do is to hire 3rd party companies to do their job. There is no accountability when such companies damage your property. It has been more than 2 months waiting for a resolution on my car damage and nothing has been done. Don't recommend at all. Very bad communication and customer service.

  We made an interstate move. While looking at other companies we ran into hard sales tactics (money supposedly off if we signed up within 24 hours) and service where we were asked to inventory the entirety of our belongings ourselves. When I called Scott, he quickly came in person to inventory the house and let us know we wouldn't pay more unless we went on a massive shopping spree. The quote for moving and packing was fair. The men who packed did an excellent job, particularly with the kitchen. The turnaround for the delivery of our belongings was very quick, and they took excellent care of…

  Marksberry Allied was helpful in narrowing our delivery window and working efficiently to pack our home. Four stars because they were shorthanded on delivery, but the two men they had working (Chris and Cole) worked hard, were kind and personable, and worked VERY hard despite the challenges of the day. A few items arrived damaged (company packed, not customer packed) and items were not always clearly grouped with their respective rooms, making it hard to find some things (i.e. a TV packed in a box labeled "bedding"; clothing not packed in wardrobe boxes with other clothing from the same closet…
