  Sharon was really helpful and answered all my questions which wasn’t many. Whole process took less than 20 minutes and I was off to my unit!!!! The unit was clean no spiderwebs or anything like that! I would definitely recommend

  I’ve had an excellent experience with this storage company. The customer service is outstanding — the staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I have questions or need assistance. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure, which gives me peace of mind storing my belongings here. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide great service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professionally managed storage facility!

  I only give a one star because there’s not a 0 star review. They will increase your rates after you start storing with them. And not by a little. My rates nearly doubled after 7 months of renting. Even when I went back to take everything out, they didn’t even ask why or if there was anything they could do to keep me as a customer. The manager (Sharon I believe) of this place was very nice and doing her job with a great positive attitude, but storage sense as a company isn’t one that you want to do business with. Don’t store here unless you plan to start paying more after a few months.

  Sharon is wonderful! She totally took care of us and saved us money all the way! I cannot recommend using this place strongly enough! 5 stars, I wish they had 10!

  I had a great experience at storage sense at Georgetown ky the manager was very professional told me about specials got a free lock and discount on rental unit would recommend it to friends and family
