  So I always pay my bill this month I was a lil late but on my day off I was planning on getting a few things out and I got this red lock on it after I paid it Problem solved they got ahold of me fairly quickly and I appreciate it . Thank you

  I have deal with Stephanie for the last 8-12 months. She is beyond wonderful. I got behind in paying hit my storage unit. Stephanie allowed me to send in partial weekly to get caught up. It did not matter is it was just $5. She gladly accepted the payment. I’m very thankful for her help and willingness to work with me.
