Up front, great service all around! They hold themselves accountable and follow up! My family of four (soon to be five) moved from Lexington Ky to southern Indiana. Everything was handled professionally and carefully. Quote was very close to actual expense. This was the first time for us to use a professional service and the whole experience was as smooth as possible: quote, follow up, packing service, move. Jason and his team were excellent! We moved back in November 2025. We had a little more complicated move that ended up requiring an additional truck that needed to be added on day of, over night storage and a storage unit move. All done over a couple of days. The guys were insanely strong, fast and careful and made everything so easy for us. We highly recommend Firefighters MoveU for any of your moving needs!

We moved from KY to FL last week and we had a great experience with Fire Fighters Move U KY. Billy came over and took a look at all our stuff to see how many trucks we would need, also gave us some advice on how to pack to maximize space. He was able to accommodate us in a very short notice even though we already talked to him in the past we weren’t sure about the date that we would need to move and he was able to book us in perfect time to be in FL. Josh and Todd are exceptional. I have moved 12 times, all over the US, and they absolutely are the best team that I’ve had. They’re kind, respectful, thoughtful, communicative and extremely professional. I felt very safe with them in my home, and I know that my belongings were carefully moved. They also have a great sense of humor, which I personally value. Nice guys, very efficient. Had one issue resolved quickly. would highly recommend. After having some time to settle and letting my anxiety die down due to the circumstances in which i had to move, I have discovered that two more pieces of furniture were damaged. So, that makes 3. Billy came by and repaired the pieces, so, along with the credit, they made it whole.
