  I hired this company for mattress delivery, installation, and removal of the old mattress. The service was highly unsatisfactory. The technicians displayed unprofessional behavior and appearance (pants sagging significantly below the waist). They failed to install the new mattress correctly by placing the mattress topper underneath it instead of on top (see photo). They also did not remove the old mattress, leaving it sitting in the bedroom.   DZ Moving is a company of utmost professionals from start to finish. Scheduling took less than 5 minutes and they communicated by confirming the day before and giving me a 20 minute courtesy call before they arrived exactly on time. The pricing was a good bit below what I expected. Dre and Rich are absolute beasts. Their efficiency moving my full house to my new house was something to watch.   The crew(Ramzi and Nurden)did a great job delivering and putting together our bed frame, and went above and beyond to make sure our smart bed frames were placed in correctly so we did not have to lift them ourselves! Very professional and quick.
