Needed a pods for storage. The young lady at the local office, was very helpful, and explained everything from short term to extended time storage. The driver was very polite, friendly, professional, and precise when delivering it, and removal of the unit. Definitely rent from them.

Do not use!!!! I ordered my pod over 6 weeks in advance. Got the confirmation email 2 days before delivery. Also received a email telling me this was my last day to cancel without fees. The very next day I received another email telling me my changes were set up. I didn’t make any changes. They moved my delivery date for a week after my original date!! My movers was coming on the day after. My construction was to start that Monday. No one at pods helped me!!! They are the worst.

Great service locally!! I used this PODS to move across town. Driver was courteous and the local office worked me up to get my pod sooner than expected. Highly recommended.

Great drivers, except for the one that drove our POD across country and possibly got into an accident. Our items were so shifted even after we packed how PODs recommended that we couldn’t even open the door to get items out when it arrived at it’s destination. Customer service is HORRIBLE and our “Customer Advocacy Specialist” is no where to be found and no one else can help us apparently. Our items were treated carelessly and so were we, never again.

On August 26, 2024 I had a POD delivered. The next day I paid 2 movers from POD $860 for 2 hours to professionally pack my furniture into the POD. The POD was delivered to a Pod location until 2/27/2025. It was never opened until March 1. When we had movers unload the POD there was extensive damage to an Ethan Allen cherry king size headboard. I paid extra insurance for all 5 months to cover any damages. I have pictures of all the gouges and digs in the head board. I was willing to pay more for POD because I thought I would have better service. When I contacted POD with documents to prove my c…
