I'm an operations manager for Vivint Smart Home, and we chose this location to store all of our security system/smart home equipment. The people here are incredibly nice and helpful! It was a breeze to get set up in one of their temperature controlled units. The staff takes a personal interest in making sure your needs are taken care of. Any time I would receive a small shipment they would bring me the boxes, and would call to notify me when larger shipments arrived. The owner is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I’ve worked for really great companies where customer service has ALWAYS been a priority, I am always very upset when I can’t receive friendly service. I personally spoke with the owner over a very SMALL issue, & she completely went off on me. Tried to tell me that I was arguing with her for simply asking questions, trying to better my understanding. It really hurt my feelings & she has lost a almost three year customer. Beautiful, professionally managed facility. I've stored at several storage facilities and have never been to one this nice. They offer extended access hours and even have a conference room! Highly Recommended!
