Last minute I needed storage that was reasonably priced as I was moving back to California and wasn’t sure when I’d be back to get my things. Making payments was easy, Lisa & Peyton were excellent to work with and very understanding and compassionate. I finally made it back to Louisiana to get my things - almost 3 years later! I was very pleased with how easy the online rental was. When I got to the Lodi location the lady working in the office was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I located my unit. It was clean and marked for easy identification. My only complaint was while moving items the gates close to the Twin Bridges location at 5:30pm with no way to access without previously contacting the owner/manager for a security code. It was inconvenient at the moment; however, I do appreciate knowing there is an added layer of security to my belongings while in storage at this location. I had that one…
