The young man that helped me had a very pleasant demeanor and was warm and welcoming. This was the easiest Uhaul experience I have ever had. The two young men that were working that day worked very well together and was very knowledgeable of how the equipment worked. They assisted with getting the vehicle secured to the trailer and answered any question that we had. Overall such a great experience.

They don’t have any equipment and I have a reservation and they lie and transfer my call all other different location still, I didn’t go to my trailer.never trust this people. they don’t know how to work the U-Haul.i am buy my own trailer huckup wire.never come back not good service at all. When they hooked up the trailer, they didn’t set the latch all the way down. The trailer came off and swayed back and forth, if it wasn’t for the safety chains, there could have a been a much worse situation. Be sure to double check everything they do, it wont be right the first time.

U haul is the Mac-Daddy for moving equipment. Unforgiving rough roads had me worried about my cargo being damaged but the smooth ride of the U Haul equipment prevailed!!! Boom!!! Excited to be done with that run!!!
