I’m only half way through my move (it was loaded yesterday and will be delivered today) but I have to rave about this company!! They have been so easy to work with and their staff is extremely knowledgeable. The crew arrived promptly yesterday and loaded my possessions with the utmost of care and respect. We had an amazing experience with Theolois and crew. They were friendly, respectful, and careful with our furniture and home. They paid extraordinary attention to the walls, doorways, floors, and even light fixtures, which we really appreciated. They also have a great work ethic and accomplished more than what my family could’ve done in a week. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for great movers!

Damaged my furniture refused to pay for it stating that the balance was not paid in full after speaking with a manager that offered me a discounted rate. Notice the time of the picture taken and the stop time of the service.

**Update as of 4/11 - AMS did give me a call and apologized. They offered to send someone out here to fix my sofa, but my uncle was able to fix it. Brandon understood my frustration and was able to waive the $159 that we owed. They were able to acknowledge the issues soon as possible! April 10th- I usually don’t do reviews unless my service was really horrible. please don’t use these people. I only had three things to move, only three - sofa bed, dresser, and bed. This was actually an enjoyable experience. Hired All My Sons to load a UHaul truck. Alonso was a great in getting the movers lined to load the truck. Three and his crew did an excellent job in getting the truck loaded, especially the piano. They arrived around 8:30, took about 2 hours to get things loaded. I drove the truck to North Louisiana that afternoon. and everything was still in place and nothing was damaged.
