DON'T DO IT!!! If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I reached out several times prior to the move to ensure I was good and, once I got through, was reassured everything was online; until time to execute. Long story short, the day of my move they said their driver couldn't get a semi-truck on my street and couldn't do it. Apparently, U-Haul has special semi-trucks. Then they promised to return my deposit that never came. In fact, they stopped responding to my calls all together as if my number was blocked. I recently used Mint Moving and Storage for a last minute move to NY to seize a job opportunity. Thank God for Mint! They relieved so much of my stress by moving all of my things so quickly. I spoke with Pierre who was so understanding, professional, and nice. He was available whenever I needed him. He helped me through the moving process and got all of my belongings to NY in time for my move. Nothing was missing or damaged. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and use them in the future

I moved on Monday I couldn’t have asked for any two better movers than the three men(Aliko,Sergio,Francisco)that moved my furniture. They were professional, courteous, hard working, and very pleasant to work with. They represented Mint Moving and Storage extremely well. I will definitely recommend Mint to anyone looking for a professional moving company. Thank you for a job well done!

I moved cross country to Louisiana, and went with Mint Moving And Storage. My main issues are summarized below: 1. Nonresponsive- once they got paid my deposit that's when everything changed for the worst. My contracted pick up was for February 12th or 13th and I was supposed to be called 24 hours ahead which never happened! On the 13th I called numerous times and the company phone would go to a voicemail. Around 9PM I was told they would send a truck the next day February 14th which made my travel plans delayed. 2. Going through my current situation is by far the hardest time of my life. Having to leave my house was horrible. I put my info out online and I wish online dating was as easy as the amount of movers that called me. The only part that felt like dating was every single salesman that called asked for my credit card during our first conversation.
