Unpleasant experience. My husband went to this location and ordered a trailer to take his work truck that needed repairs on a 3 hour trip so that his brother could fix it. After paying and bringing the trailer home to load the work truck so we could get ready and go, he realized that the trailer wasn't quite long enough. Unfortunately the work truck didn't fit. He headed back to this establishment, and in less than two hours from the time he paid for the rental, he brought it back to see if he could pay for a larger one. Horrible experience. Rented a trailer to haul a truck, and they rented me the wrong size, even after I confirmed the make and model of the truck THREE TIMES with them, to ensure the trailer would work. It didn't (the truck was hanging off the trailer). I immediately returned it to them and they refused to refund my money. The service was absolutely horrible. I would recommend anyone looking to rent a Uhaul or trailer to find another place to do so.

Largest and best stocked U-Haul store I have ever been to. Well stocked with towing accessories. Also a propane fill station which why I was there. Very friendly and professional stall!
