Do NOT hire these movers if you want a piano moved. I hired them to move my 30 year old baby grand piano and It sustained irreparable damage on the inside and outside. The 3 guys that moved It were very kind...but not equipped. They had to call the office to let them know they couldn't lift the piano. That's when I had find something to rest the piano on. I had To pay $800 to fix what could be fixed on top of the $611.25 I paid these movers to move the piano. So I'm out $1400 and my beautiful piano is not the same. Heaven on Earth Moving Services was incredible! Gerald and his crew went above and beyond — they were professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. What really impressed us was that they finished the job even faster than expected, without sacrificing quality. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother move. The whole experience from booking to rescheduling because of my conflict, to the move itself was excellent! I needed to move some family antiques to storage before dealing with an estate sale and the three gentlemen that showed up were prompt, efficient, super kind, and professional! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This is our third move with Heaven On Earth Moving company. All three were fantastic experiences! Starting with the sales team and through the last item placed in our home. In our move today, they transferred our 45 year old console piano, too. They not only took great care of our piano but they also took extra care of the wooden floors at the new location! All of this, with wonderful attitudes by every one of the movers that worked with us. We truly could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Gavin and your team!
