S&S was really professional from the beginning to the end. Kitty handled the initial setup and sent me a recap of all we had discussed. The day of the move their driver called an hour before our appointment to give us a heads up reminder. They treated the furniture with kid gloves and were very kind and considerate. I give them a A+
