After two months of storing with them our rate more than doubled without notice. Fortunately I randomly checked the app and caught it before the next bill was due. We called the manager to discuss the massive increase. She did offer to lower our rate but it was still a 60% hike in cost from our original monthly rate. Luckily we had ample time to move out and easily did. If you don't absolutely need temperature controlled storage, use some one else. We got a lower rate with a facility that's known for consistent and fair rates. Don't be scammed into unfair charges.

I started renting space here 7 months ago and the units here are great! The building is well maintained, easy to use, and has plenty of space to drive up to unload. It has great hours (for front office access and getting into the building) and Mary is super helpful with anything you might need.

My experience with Mary has been exceptional. She is always efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. She always ensured i understand the details and transparent in all communication. The facility itself is spotless and secure. Having the lock provided as well as elevators and dolleys is wonderful. I look forward to many more years working with Mary and the extra space team.
