  I highly recommend Kennebec Storage! Don from Don’s Moving and Storage coordinated with Mike at Kennebec to secure me a climate-controlled unit at the very last minute. Mike even called me on a Sunday before my move to personally walk me through the entire process, which was a huge relief. The facilities are clearly well-maintained with new heat pumps. They even provided a disc padlock for extra security. Professional, proactive, and genuinely helpful—I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  Great units and overall a very well-maintained establishment. The renting process is quick and easy with good pricing. Management has been nothing but helpful and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate that the climate controlled units are actually climate controlled to a decent temperature to keep belongings in their original condition. Very content with everything thus far renting from Kennebec Storage!

  Michael was very accommodating and easy to work with. Rented this storage area from out of state and the transition was seamless and easy. Michael has been available to answer any questions I have had.

  Michael at Kennebec Storage is great to work with. We needed a small unit and he was eager to help us get what we wanted, when we wanted it. All communications were super thorough and we have moved some items into our unit which is temperature controlled and seemed clean. Very pleased.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about this storage facility! When I moved back to the state, I was in a stressful time crunch with a snowstorm on the way. Mike went completely above and beyond — he met me on a Sunday to make sure I could get my belongings safely secured before the weather hit. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help during such a hectic time made all the difference. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days.
