  The staff is THE BEST!!!! They have always gone out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of as our home was being built and EVERYTHING we owned was stored in their facility. Wonderful site: dry-safe-climate controlled-easy access; couldn't ask for more. Well worth the money, you won't be sorry. Thank you MaineSpace!!!

  Customer service is a 10 out of 10. I used this storage facility for almost two years, and I couldn’t be happier. The place is spotless, fully indoors, and climate-controlled—so my items were always in perfect condition. The customer service was truly outstanding—every interaction was warm, professional, and helpful. I’d give them a 10 out of 10 on all levels! I highly recommend them to anyone needing secure, reliable storage.

  This facility was well maintained throughout my 5 years with them, Sean and Elena were consistently customer friendly the few times I reached out to them - easily accessible. I am ending my relationship with them on a disappointed note, however. I have never once been late on rent - I notified them in ample time when I was expecting to move out - I tried to move out the end of November to no avail and most likely due to the Thanksgiving holiday - was 4 days into the month of December and having paid full rent for December. I was informed that I would not get anything (no prorating, etc) back b…

  Came to volunteer! Very clean place. Staff always has a smile when I drive by to volunteer in the back. Super cute 4 legged employee I've noticed as well!
