  +1 star for James and the excellent check in experience which stopped being excellent shortly after check in when the elevator on my side of the building was taken out of service. -1 star for each continuous day the elevator has been out of service since then, as elevators out of service for days on end are not generally an indicator of a well-maintained facility. -1 star for the intentionally dark units. Someone made a choice to mount the lighting for the facility beneath the opening at the top of each unit that would let light in if the light was above it. Presumably this was done to discour…

  From the start of my rental to coming in and putting my stuff in storage the staff was extremely helpful and great to work with! The pricing for the unit was great as well. I highly recommend Cube storage in Bidderford, ME. 🤓

  We initially had an issue on arrival, but the staff member (Tera) was awesome! She was so nice, patient, and helpful. I hope she gets a raise! You don't find people like her often.

  My automatic payment didn’t go through because my debit card was flagged for fraudulent activity, which I understand—that’s something that happens, and I fully expected the temporary lock on my unit as part of their protocol. I immediately paid the balance using my credit card. However, the next morning when I arrived to access my unit, the situation became unacceptable. The office was supposed to be open, yet no one was on-site for over two hours after opening time. I called the number, was put on hold for 20 minutes, then disconnected.   Storage is reasonably priced and readily available. Booked a unit a day before moving out and was not occupied the next day. Staff is amicable and helpful.
